    This is the first part of our packrafting safety series.

    Packrafting is easy… It’s too easy.

    Packrafts is easy to use and gives you a false sense of security! People who are new to packing often overestimate their rafts and their abilities. They lack a basic understanding of the risks associated with running water. You have no idea you don’t know anything.

    People have died, and many more will die from the packaging process, which unfortunately is certain. But do we need to repeat the same mistakes we made early in kayaking and rafting?

    There is absolutely no need for packers to reinvent the wheel. We can copy almost It’s great.

    PPE (Personal Protection Equipment):

    Let’s start with the basics. You don’t wear shorts and character slugging, dress well, why packrafrafting will be different.

    Dress up for swimming!
